01How fast can you ship?
Two weeks from signed contract to a working first draft is the norm — SmartCall, Lead Score, or the Real Estate Accelerator. Landing pages on their own are usually a week.
02How do you price?
Most engagements are a fixed build fee plus a thin monthly retainer for tuning, monitoring, and small additions. Written quote after the discovery call — no surprise scope creep.
03Are these productized or custom builds?
Both. SmartCall, Lead Score, and the Real Estate Accelerator are productized scopes with a known price and timeline. The implementation is custom — code written against your data, your stack, and your tone of voice. You're not buying a license to a flow-chart builder.

The parent venture builder, founded in 1995 by Christian Barbosa — one of SailTech's three owners. Started as a software factory, launched its investment vehicle in 1999, became a full venture builder in 2020. 23 portfolio companies, 300+ developers, operations across Brazil, USA, Portugal, and Switzerland. SailTech is the US-facing AI arm. The 23 ventures — Panda Video, Lead Converte, Gaia One, ManyContent, Mamute Cloud, NinjaPages, and more — are the muscle memory we draw on every time we build something new for a client.
05What platforms and providers do you build on?
We pick the right tool per project — typically Vapi, Retell, Twilio, or LiveKit for voice; OpenAI, Anthropic, or open models for the brain; Next.js and Supabase or your existing stack for the surface.
06Do we own the code?
Yes. The repo is handed over on day one. You can take it elsewhere if you ever want to. Most clients prefer that we keep tuning it — but the option is yours.
07Do you do projects outside the US?
We're a US-focused agency. We work with English-speaking, US-based businesses and ship in US business hours. We can make exceptions for the right project.
08What if I don't know what I need yet?
