01How fast can you ship?
Two weeks from signed contract to a working first draft is the norm — for voice agents, customer-service agents, and lead qualification. Landing pages are usually a week.
02How do you price?
Most engagements are a fixed build fee plus a thin monthly retainer that covers tuning, monitoring, and small additions. We share a written quote after the discovery call — no surprise scope creep.
03What platforms and providers do you build on?
We pick the right tool per project — typically Vapi, Retell, Twilio, or LiveKit for voice; OpenAI, Anthropic, or open models for the brain; Next.js and Supabase or your existing stack for the surface. We don't push a one-size-fits-all platform.
04Do we own the agent code?
Yes. The repo is handed over on day one. You can take it elsewhere if you ever want to. Most clients prefer that we keep tuning it — but the option is yours.
05Do you do projects outside the US?
